detox soup 1

Celery and Fennel deto soup 

List of ingredients

2 zucchini

3 leek whites

3 celery 

1/2  fennel

1 garlic clove

1 handful of flat parsley leaves

1 tsp. 1 tsp cumin

1 L of water

Salt pepper

1 tsp. olive oil


Recipe steps

Rinse the  vegetables well, especially the leeks, which often contain soil, then cut them into cubes.

cook the vegetables in a large pot with olive oil for 5 minutes

put in enough water to cover the vegetables

Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat

Add the cumin and mix the soup

Serve with some cumin seeds
