Why talking about brain waves
I started to look for the meaning of theta state relating to mediation and the trance state, then in order to understand what the theta state refers to, I get myself educated on the different types of brain waves. As living human beings, we all have brain waves, otherwise they would have declared us dead! There are mainly 5 types of brain waves, here is the list from the highest frequency to the lowest: Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.
THis is a very long English word, right? haha. As I like to simply and get the structure out of things that seem complcated, I like to write the word by grouping its meaningful syllable Electro-Encephalo-Graph. It's just a tool to measure brain waves and of course, to see if you are dead or alive at crucial times!
